In the second instalment of introducing the latest additions to the Silver Softworks team, we’re talking about Steve Jones, our new Account Executive for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Steve boasts a wealth of experience with Salesforce products, the Salesforce platform, and with the Salesforce ecosystem as a whole. He began his career working with early versions of Sales Cloud with custom bolt-ons, and later specialised in field service solutions as a solution architect.
Developing his career, Steve moved on to the commercial side of business operations, again working with field service solutions – quickly becoming known in the ecosystem as the field service expert for the mid-market sector and has since worked with some of the largest organisations in the world.
Steve’s industries of focus include health & life sciences, business services, manufacturing, and insurance, and whilst field service is the area he is most known for, he has many other Salesforce feathers in his cap.
Steve is joining Silver Softworks at an exciting time as we look to continue proving ourselves within the mid-market sector following years of SMB success by pursuing even larger and more complex projects. As such, Steve will be an integral part of the Silver Softworks commercial team, and we’re so excited to see what we can achieve together!
