The SatVu team needed a scalable CRM solution that would enable them to manage their marketing, sales and service business needs. 

As a growing and rapidly scaling business, a simple and intuitive quoting process was a must have to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

The ability to integrate their CRM with other key back office systems and tools was key to having a consolidated technical stack.

Web-to-Lead automation upon Contact Us form completion on website. Ability to capture KYC details and prioritise Leads based on a calculated score.

Opportunities: Pipeline Management

Distinguish between Net New, Reseller and Renewal opportunities. Separate sales processes for B2B, B2G and expansion of existing business. Multi-currency, Collaborative Forecasting & quota/target tracking. 

Salesforce CPQ: Automated Quoting

Configuration of Products, Price Books & Bundles including product features, options and additional variables. Ability to sell products with a token system (allocated in the CPQ contracting process).

Contract Management: Amendments

Allowing users to easily add new products to an existing contract or remove them mid-term.

Contract Management: Automated Renewals

Automatically generating renewal opportunities in the system, including any relevant CPI increases or product price changes.

Approvals Processes: Contract Approval

Trigger manager approval for additional validation and approval for quotes where discretionary discount crosses a set threshold.

Docusign: e-Signature

Allowing customers to instantly sign their contracts electronically, and automatically close win opportunities within Salesforce on signature.

A custom solution built to enhance Salesforce CPQs default functionality, meeting Sat Vu’s advanced revenue recognition requirements. ARR & MRR calculation.

Automatic creation of cases via email-to-case and web-to-case, including case assignment, support processes, and Service Console setup.

Ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met for opened cases, including case escalation rules for at-risk cases.

A suite of reports and dashboards providing analytics across the solution, including sales pipeline, service cases & SLAs and revenue recognition.
