Fun 4 Young People provide a vibrant and empowering support service to young people. 

They offer fun, educational and accessible opportunities, developing self-esteem, confidence and resilience.

What Were Their Challenges?

Fun 4 Young People were operating with a basic interim system (Excel/Access), which meant there was no easy reporting capabilities across the data sets needed within the organisation. 

Events were being run without any way of easily gathering delegate information or reporting on historical attendance.

After exeriencing the capabilities of Salesforce at another organisation, F4YP wanted to replicate this functionality for themselves. 

How Did We Help?

Silver Softworks generated a new Salesforce instance to allow F4YP to move away from a shared Salesforce instance into their own, which in turn allowed them greater flexibility and growth as an organisation. 

We integrated Eventbrite using Zapier to ensure that events were synchronised with Salesforce as well as any delegate information.

Tracking inbound income and source via various campaigns and outreach methods

Eventbrite: Event Management

Event registration application external to Salesforce, used to track attendees and attendance

Eventbrite data to Salesforce integration to report and automate: acknowledgements, reminders, feedback etc.

As a small charity going through a demerger, we needed to find a company that were able to rebuild a system we had already been using and complete a full data transfer. Knowing the previous build had been complex and time consuming, it was important we found someone that understood that we needed a replica so as not to affect business continuity, but also to ensure we were then able to maintain this ourselves. They listened to our brief and spent a lot of time ensuring they captured all the elements of our old system and making sure this translated into our new system, and that all the integrations needed for our service users continue to access in an uninterrupted way were in place.
