What Were Their Challenges?

EMS Healthcare was using Microsoft Dynamics, but the solution was not delivering to their business requirements. In response they considered and evaluated Salesforce as a replacement that would meet their needs.

The brief consisted of EMS Healthcare wanting to manage leads/enquiries,  sales pipelines, manage their fleet of mobile clinical units, as well as introducing quoting, forecasting, and revenue scheduling capabilities.

After discussing appropriate methods of delivery with EMS Healthcare, the Silver Softworks team got to work on a fresh Salesforce implementation which included Sales Cloud, Pardot, as well as additional custom functionality to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of the new platform.

Web-to-Lead automation for website form completion. Configuration of Lead assignment rules to automatically route new leads to the correct queues or users.

Microsoft Teams: Integration

Allow viewing/editing of Salesforce data in Microsoft Teams. Implementing click-to-dial to call customers on teams by clicking their contact details in Salesforce.

Custom Objects: Automated Tracking

Tracking vehicle information and linking vehicles to specific opportunities.

Custom Development: Revenue Scheduling

Implemented bespoke revenue scheduling logic to allow the finance team to easily report on recurring revenue.
