Who are Adoreum Partners?
Adoreum is an international members’ club for high net worth individuals, business leaders, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and creative visionaries who believe in using their collective influence for good.
At the centre of the business is the Adoreum Club, their specialised business development platform which provides corporate members with access to their network through a regular calendar of events in London, Zurich, and Monaco.
What Were Their Challenges?
Adoreum were looking to create a central hub where their members could meet, collaborate, access their benefits, and browse and register for events.
Members needed be able to create and share their bios and request introductions to other members that they would like to meet.
As an existing Salesforce customer, it was essential that Salesforce continued to function as the single source of truth for members and event registration data.

Salesforce Community Cloud is the go-to product for building connected websites, portals, and customer applications on top of the Salesforce platform, and was chosen as the solution for the brief.
Built-in themes and components meant that building the application was fast and straightforward, and the tight integration with the wider Salesforce platform meant that all relevant data is stored in the Salesforce platform for easy administration and reporting.

Members can create a profile page including their photo and some information about themselves, and control whether they’d like their profile to be public or private.
Lightning Platform: Event Management
Users can browse an event catalogue and RSVP to any upcoming events. Event registrations are tracked, approved, and administered within Salesforce.
Experience Cloud: New Feed & Archive
Member news feed for all member-specific news and Adoreum updates.
Experience Cloud: Member Benefits
Members’ area where users can access information on the benefits that come with their Adoreum membership.
Lightning Platform: Member Introductions
Allow users to browse the profiles of other members and request introductions to members they’d like to add to their professional network.
