We welcome Jemma to the Silver Softworks team as our new Head of Delivery! 

A little bit about me…

Hi I’m Jemma, a Mum of two amazing girls who are driven and ambitious like me. I have a rescue dog, rescue cat and rescue chickens.  I love cooking and doing anything outdoors. I moved 1 mile from the beach last year and went swimming in the sea every month at least once- yes I wear a wetsuit as soon as we get to single digits! I am totally obsessed with learning things and self improvements to enrich my life and those around me.

I’ve worked across most industries during my 13 years of project management, software implementation and business consulting, specialising around how to improve your customer experience and processes. I love understanding how my customers’ businesses work, identifying problem areas and solving them.

What I bring to the table…

Here at Silver Softworks I will be working across multiple projects, getting right into the detail and helping advise customers. I’m loving also working with our nonprofit customers and knowing that we can help them to help others. There are some amazing organisations out there who really care about what they do.  I’ll also be working on understanding our ‘as is’ processes and implementing improvements across the business to ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.

I’m really looking forward to streamlining the delivery processes, improving the customer experience during the project lifecycle and ensuring that Silver Softworks is the most wanted place to work within the salesforce world.
