AJ joins our dedicated nonprofit team as an Account Executive
We’ve seen a lot of growth here at Silver Softworks over the past 12 months or so. With our dedicated Nonprofit practice continuing to be one of our largest growth areas year on year, we’ve decided to add to our account management team with the addition of our newest hire, Amy (AJ) Guthrie.
Here’s a quick intro to AJ…
A little about me…
Hello! I’m AJ, a chatty and enthusiastic mum of two who is dangerously close to being funny.
I’ll often be found listening to music with the volume all the way up, out walking my rescue pup, or drinking a ridiculous amount of green tea. My husband and I enjoy going to live music events and I am always looking for an adventure with the kids – happy to hear any recommendations!
Before entering the wonderful world of sales and Salesforce, I was a teacher. I have experience working with further education students, teaching A Level Sociology and Politics, SEND (Special Education Needs and Diabilities) learners in PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) schools and Prisons, and for a brief period, primary learners. I loved working with young people and the charities that support their mental wellbeing, physical health and development and ongoing support for families.
My love of working with people and finding solutions to problems has translated beautifully into the world of Salesforce consultancy and I couldn’t be happier working with nonprofits and education providers to help them be successful.
What I bring to the table…
At Silver Softworks, I’m employed as a Nonprofit Account Executive – connecting with nonprofit organisations, understanding their challenges, gathering requirements, and identifying solutions that remove their barriers to success. That could mean increasing outreach, saving time through automation, improving fundraising and grant making processes, or even just ensuring efficient data storage for accurate reporting – I’m here to fully understand and support your priorities.
I am privileged to be in a position to support charities and helping others – my experience working with vulnerable people and care-givers puts me in a unique position to be able to empathise and align with the missions of nonprofits, ensuring the right information is captured to configure the right solution. I’m looking forward to enabling our customers to have a positive impact on their communities and service users through digital transformation.
Who would I like to speak to?
I’m keen to speak with nonprofit and educational organisations who would like to understand how a new CRM system like Salesforce could support them with their goals, as well as any existing Salesforce users who would like to discuss how they can get more out of their existing Salesforce platform.
