As a Junior Salesforce Functional Consultant, your activities will include:

• Collaborating on the configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, reports, flows, and page layouts.
• Supporting end-users with system troubleshooting and training.
• Demonstrating a proactive attitude to take on new challenges, even with little or no prior experience.
• Staying informed about the latest Salesforce updates and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand and document client requirements.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, reports, flows, and page layouts, to match clients’ specific needs.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude to take on new challenges, even with little or no prior experience.
• Proficiency in creating Salesforce Flows is advantageous.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Performing Quality testing based on predefined scripts

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency in creating Salesforce Flows is advantageous.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) a plus.
• Ambitious, with a drive for growth and success.
